Knitting 101 Class 1st & 2nd Saturday's

KNITTING 101 — This is the perfect class for anyone who has always wanted to learn to knit!  We will teach you the basics to get started on the road to making a dishcloth - a perfect beginning project. They are instant gratification, no pressure, and a fabulous way to learn and practice your new skill. You will receive direct hands-on instruction, along with written instructions and basic informational handouts for all things YARN. Our class will include instructions to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off, along with time to practice.

Yarn for class is additional and require two balls of cotton yarn, appropriate size needles, a tapestry needle.  All supplies for class should be purchased from Oak City Fibers.

Class Policy -

• Refunds or store credits for pre-paid class registrations can be made only if we are notified at least two weeks in advance of the beginning of class.
• Missed classes will not be made up unless the instructor agrees or was unable to teach or the shop was unexpectedly closed.
• Refunds or store credits for missed classes cannot be made.
• We require a minimum of two students for each class; in the event that signups do not meet that minimum level, the class will be cancelled and we'll issue refunds for class registrations.
