Happy Day! The beautiful season of Fall is upon us! Isn't it spectacular to feel and see all the changes of the season! Come out to visit the shop and talk with fiber friends and enjoy the brisk Fall air!

**URGENT**Oak City Fibers is a proud sponsor of the Knitted Knockers Program. Our local Coordinator, Lacey has sent an urgent help request she received from UNC Rex & Duke. Both hospitals are in need of size B and C knockers! If you have any at home or have time to knit/crochet some, please let me know and bring them in for donation!

Our ONE YEAR Anniversary Party is being planned as we speak! Mark your calendars for FRIDAY, November 1, 2024 AND SATURDAY, November 2, 2024 to come shopping and celebrate this huge milestone for Oak City Fibers! We will have all kinds of goodies and promotions! Stay tuned!

We have a few kits left of the quick knit hat called Minted by Andrea Mowry! The shop sample of Minted is made in Queen City Yarns Lattaheld with Queen City Bernice (SuriAlpaca/Silk). The Minted pattern will be included in your kit!

New Yarn from Emma's , Magpie , and Malabrigo arrived within the week! I have added new colorways in all lines! View these great yarns online or come in and check them out! We have sweater quantity in many colorways! Mix and match and let's get the creativity going! We also received new Pins from ChannyPeas Corner! Check them out to add some swag to your project bag! (I made a rhyme haha!)

Progress on The Go Go Dynamo:
The MKAL by Stephen West called the GO GO Dynamo is still 'Go Going" on my needles! For this MKAL, I am using our new Bad Sheep Fingering Yarn colorway "Circle of Kindness" (sold out this week and have ordered more from Bad Sheep!) with Emma's Practically Perfect Sock in the colorway: "Trendy AF" contrasting color! Give me a Happy Day by coming in and letting me help you pick out your colorways this week to join in the fun! It's never too late to join the "Go Go" Party! Clue 3 has been released and I'm still knitting away on Clue 2! I need your encouragement! :-)
