Class Policy

Class Policy -

• Refunds or store credits for pre-paid class registrations can be made only if we are notified at least two weeks in advance of the beginning of class.
• Missed classes will not be made up unless the instructor agrees or was unable to teach or the shop was unexpectedly closed.
• Refunds or store credits for missed classes cannot be made.
• We require a minimum of two students for each class; in the event that signups do not meet that minimum level, the class will be cancelled and we'll issue refunds for class registrations.
• If a class is cancelled and you already purchased the yarn for the class, returns will only be accepted for unwound yarn still in it's original condition. (See refund policy here https://oakcityfibers.com/policies/refund-policy)
