Shipping policy

HOLIDAY SHIPPING - There will be no shipping 12/22/2025-12/27/2025 due to our holiday break. We will resume shipping on 12/30/2025.

Oak City Fibers strives to ship all online orders within two business days (not including Mondays) of purchase. Our normal shipping days are Tuesday through Friday (by noon). 

Orders placed after noon on Friday, or anytime on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, should be shipped the following Tuesday.  This schedule may be slightly impacted by staffing since we are a small business and someone has to leave the shop to take packages.

We primarily ship via USPS, our preferred carrier.
