Time Flies, But Our Gratitude Lasts Forever
Where does time go?! One moment, we’re sitting in the circle of kindness honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in January. Then boom next, we’re celebrating Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Pride Month, Independence Day. Blink again, and it’s October, filled with Halloween costumes and crisp autumn nights, followed by the warmth and gratitude of Thanksgiving. Another blink, and here we are—deep in the holiday season, just a few hours away from Christmas and the start of a brand-new year. Time may fly, but we always pause to reflect on the year—celebrating wins, learning from challenges, and setting our sights on even greater goals ahead. None of this would be possible without you- Our OCF Community always showing your unwavering support! Your enthusiasm fuels our passion for sharing the joy of yarn, patterns, notions, and creativity. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for a truly wonderful year. We can’t wait to continue fostering education, creativity, and connection in the fiber arts community in the year ahead. NEW YARN! NEW YARN! NEW YARN! 29 Bridges Yak Blend is here! Yakkity-Yak- Don't talk back! haha! As soon as I opened the restock of 29 Bridges last week and saw this as a sample, I had to get it. Y'all it is super nice and the color richness is beyond comprehension. Pictures do not do this one justice.
NEW 29 Bridges Lyrik Sock is a beautiful fingering weight, 3 ply yarn with 430 yds per skein. It is a soft blend of 60% superwash Merino, 20% Yak, and 20% Silk. I have 12 colorways stocked with it's matching 29 Bridges Aria Suri lace in the coordinating colorways. The Aria is a luxurious 435 yards blend of 40% Suri Alpaca, 35% Silk, 15% Merino and 10% Yak. Come in and see and touch this lovely yarn.
